<p>The Jays have claimed living, breathing &#8220;Plan the Paredes&#8221; joke, Jimmy Paredes, on waivers from Baltimore. He&#8217;s a versatile guy &#8212; in 2015 he spent time in the big leagues, at third base, second base, and in both corner outfield spots &#8212; so&#8230; OK? I imagine this means Andy Burns goes back to Buffalo, then? The Jays had room on their 40-man roster, so they didn&#8217;t need to make a reciprocal move in that respect, at least.</p>
