Aaron Sanchez Leaves Game After One Inning

Today was supposed to be The Return of The Sanchez, instead, it was The Return of The Blister. Aaron Sanchez pitched just one inning against the Rays and was pulled after inducing an inning-ending double play. He noticeably struggled with command and wasn’t using his breaking ball, suggesting this issue is certainly blister related.
UPDATE:
https://twitter.com/ArdenZwelling/status/858748917391007745Sanchez told me there have been 10 other MLB players who underwent same nail procedure to eliminate blister - w/success. Frustrating for him
So I guess it wasn’t the blister, but instead a ‘split nail’ that resulted in Sanchez having to leave today’s game. The split nail is on the same finger with the blister.
