Birds All Day LIVE – This Thursday In Toronto!

Greetings and good day! For those of you who have missed the announcements Drew and I have made on the podcast the last couple of episodes, I’d like to remind you that we’ll be taping this week’s episode of Birds All Day LIVE on Thursday, July 28th, at The Ossington in Toronto. So come out and join us if you can!
Some details: the bar is at 61 Ossington Ave., a little bit north of Queen on the east side of the street. We’re reserving some spots in the back room of the bar (where the show will take place) for contributors to our Patreon campaign, as a token of our appreciation for them, but as things stand right now there will still be lots of room.
The taping will start at 8:30 PM — and we’ll be joined by Your Boy The Zubes! — but feel free to come to the bar early — if not only because I’ll be hanging around, but because there will be a bunch of $4 drink specials at the bar (which opens at 6) until 8 PM.
There will be no charge to get into the back room for the show (we’ll likely put out a PWYC jar or something), and afterwards a couple of friends and I will be having our regular all-vinyl soul music night, so plan to stick around for some real bangers afterwards if that’s your jam.

- Directions from Ossington subway station: take the 63 Ossington bus south (towards Liberty Village) to Argyle Street. The bar is about a half block south of the stop, on the east side of the street. (Alternately: it is about a 20 minute walk south of the station, straight down Ossington Ave.)
- Directions from Exhibition GO station: walk north from the station into Liberty Village, to the bus stop on Atlantic Ave. at Liberty St. Take the 63 Ossington bus north (either the 63A or 63B will be fine) to Queen St. W at Ossington Ave. The bar is about a half block north of the stop on the east side of the street.
