Aaron Sanchez back, and his “hotspot” — which is totally not a blister — hopefully feeling better?
The Jays getting a chance to face the withering husk of Felix Hernandez?
A chance to sweep a series and, depending on the outcome of tonight’s Red Sox-Orioles tilt, either claw back some ground in the AL East or tighten their grip on the top Wild Card spot?
One more opportunity to reward the incredible west coast fans who’ve made the mid-week journey to Seattle to cheer on Canada’s team?
The possibility of getting more hits and looking more like a team with an elite offence that’s back on track when it was needed the absolute most?
Yeah, let’s fuckin’ do this.

Scuttlebutt

Gregor Chisholm tweets that the Jays have announced their rotation for the four-game Yankees series that begins on Friday: Liriano, Stroman, Estrada, Happ. Has R.A. Dickey pitched his last game for the Blue Jays? I wouldn’t say yes just yet, but I wouldn’t say no, either.
Um… for realz:
Yes, I know it’s a Shocking Blue cover. If you don’t like it why don’t you just send me a postcard about it?
