What a vibe shift.
After dropping three of four at home to the Baltimore Orioles, the Blue Jays rolled into Boston and swept the Red Sox, burying them in the American League’s Wild Card standings.
We talked about the incredible debut weekend that David Schneider had, Alek Manoah setting the tone with arguably his best start of the season, and George Springer busting out of his slump. We also talked about where Schneider fits in a fully healthy Toronto lineup.
After that, we took a look around the American League and at the scrap between Tim Anderson and Jose Ramirez. Finally, we looked forward to this week’s four-game set in Cleveland.
