The Toronto Blue Jays will kick off their wild-card round series against the Seattle Mariners on Friday afternoon.

Some notes&#8230; Lourdes Gurriel remains out with a hamstring injury but Santiago Espinal is back after missing a couple of weeks with an oblique injury. The Blue Jays will carry three catchers, which allows them some versatility when it comes to using a catcher as a designated hitter or a pinch hitter. Jackie Bradley Jr. made the cut as the backup outfielder while Bradley Zimmer was left off of the roster. Yusei Kikuchi is on the roster, giving the Blue Jays two left-handed pitching options.
