The losing streak is over. That’s a start. Hopefully yesterday’s walk-off win can be the spark that reminds everybody in this lineup how to hit.

Aaron Sanchez will see a hand specialist to get the blister issue figured out once and for all. Been a two-year "on and off" issue for him.
Sanchez said he was changing his mechanics to alleviate the pain on his right hand. That's obviously risky business, could not do it anymore
The big news today, of course, is Aaron Sanchez heading to the 10-day disabled list due to a blister on his middle finger. This was an issue at the end of spring, and, according to Sanchez, has been something he’s struggled with on and off for a couple of years now. While on the DL, Sanchez is going to see a hand specialist to hopefully help him deal with this blister thing once and for all, because obviously he can’t completely alter his grips and mechanics in order to work around it. Sanchez will be eligible to return on April 25.

In some Orioles-related news, star closer Zach Britton will hit the 10-day DL with the ever-terrifying forearm soreness. No word on how serious it actually is, but many, many times before we’ve seen a pitcher hit the DL with something like this only to miss significant time. That would obviously be a huge blow for Baltimore, as their bullpen is a strength that carries their mediocre starting rotation.

Dylan Bundy: 1-1, 13 1/3 IP, 2.70 ERA, 7.4 H9, 0 HR9, 1.4 BB9, 7.4 SO9
This is a rematch of the matchup we saw back on the second game of the season, in which Dylan Bundy completely dominated the Blue Jays lineup. Happ, on the other hand, was solid, allowing three runs over seven innings, but, of course, with the way the bats are going right now, that isn’t enough. Happ’s 5.40 ERA isn’t impressive, but he hasn’t walked a batter yet and he’s striking guys out at a high rate. The difficulty for him so far has been keeping the ball in the park.
