The Yusei Kikuchi Revenge Tour makes a stop in Boston on Tuesday night.
The Blue Jays dropped the series opener with the Red Sox on Monday in frustrating fashion. Jose Berrios struggled early, the Blue Jays came back, Berrios imploded, the Blue Jays clawed back again, and then Alex Verdugo launched a walk-off bomb off of Jordan Romano in the bottom of the ninth inning.
Outside of one tough outing against the L.A. Angels, Kikuchi has been excellent this season. He owns a 3.00 ERA and the Blue Jays have won all five of the games he’s started. He’ll go up against Tanner Houck, who has a 4.50 ERA through his first five starts this season.
