Well, this series has been far from ideal for the Toronto Blue Jays.

They got pumped on Monday even with the Jays narrowing the margin late in the game, then choked away what could&#8217;ve been a nice comeback on Tuesday.
To me, yesterday&#8217;s game is the one that stings. After going down 3-0, the Jays rallied in the bottom of the fifth in thanks to a Kevin Kiermaier home run, a Bo Bichette double and a Vladimir Guerrero Jr. single to tie the game at three-all.
The problem? Erik Swanson allowed an Aaron Judge two-run home run in the top of the eighth and Toronto couldn&#8217;t rally from there. Don&#8217;t even get me started on the fact the Jays were never able to capitalize on Domingo German&#8217;s ejection for using sticky stuff, either.
It&#8217;ll be a tough go today as New York sends out ace Gerrit Cole to the mound. The Jays will respond with Chris Bassitt, and we should be in or a great game.
Cole started against the Jays on April 22nd earlier this year going 5.2 innings allowing no earned runs while striking out four batters and walking another two.
First pitch: 7:07 p.m. EST
