Game two of the Toronto Blue Jays’ three-game set against the San Francisco Giants will see their bullpen get the game.
The Jays continued to cycle through options in these bullpen games that would otherwise belong to Alek Manoah and today’s no different.
Trevor Richards will take the mound to kick things off today for the third time this season. His first saw him throw three innings against the Minnesota Twins allowing one hit, one walk with fanning seven batters. While he allowed no runs, he fared much different in his second start.
Against the Texas Rangers, he also threw three innings, but allowed three earned runs off three hits and one walk.
Tonight, he’ll be in tough against a good Giants team.
