<p>Capra, a right-handed hitting utility player, was drafted by the Blue Jays in the 20th round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He put himself on the map as a prospect when he slashed a .316/.390/.531 line between Double-A and Triple-A in 2021.</p>
<p>After a strong start to the 2022 season with the Buffalo Bisons, Capra was added to the 40-man and big-league roster when Cavan Biggio went on the COVID-19 Injured List. Capra picked up one hit and drew two walks over the course of seven plate appearances with the Blue Jays.</p>
<p>Capra will give the Blue Jays added infield depth with the Bisons next season, though he looks like a longshot to be added to the 40-man roster again. The Blue Jays have a crowded infield situation following the roster additions ahead of the Rule 5 Draft.
