For me and many other fans out there, this made me go from a casual viewer to a diehard Blue Jays fan.</span></p>

In 2014, Tulowitzki slashed .340/.432/.603 with 21 home runs in 375 plate appearances for a 170 wRC+. From 2009 until 2014, Tulowitzki slashed .309/.385/.553 with 143 home runs in 2,853 plate appearances.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Two days later, Tulowitzki hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the third in his debut game, kicking starting a magical run in 2015 that has only been <a href="https://bluejaysnation.com/news/its-starting-feel-like-2015-for-toronto-blue-jays">rivalled by what the Blue Jays are doing in 2025</a>.</span></p>

As for what they gave up, two of the four players are out of the league (Reyes and Tinoco). Castro has made a nice big league career for himself, while <a href="https://bluejaysnation.com/news/blue-jays-sign-jeff-hoffman-to-a-three-year-deal">Hoffman returned to the Blue Jays</a> and is their current closer.</span></p>
