The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired starter Mitch White and Alex De Jesus from the LA Dodgers.

In exchange, the Jays sent back pitching prospects Nick Frasso and Moises Brito.

White, 27, was taken by the Dodgers in the 2nd round of the 2016 draft and is now in his second full year of major league ball.
This year, White has thrown 56.0 innings posting a 3.70 ERA, 3.95 FIP and a 1.250 WHIP. White&#8217;s BB% and K% fall in the 44th and 30th percentiles, respectively. He throws five pitches, according to Baseball Savant: a 4-seam fastball (45%), a slider (25.6%), a curveball (28.1%), a sinker (7.3%) and a rare changeup (1.9%).
De Jesus, 20, is the 19th-ranked prospect in the Dodgers system. He has spent this season splitting time between A ball and A+. At A, he slashed .259/.398/.483 in 176 PA&#8217;s with seven homers, and in A+, he&#8217;s slashed an .282/.376/.483 with four home runs in 226 AB&#8217;s.
Neither Frasso or Brito were ranked in the Jays system.
