Vladimir Gurerro Jr. has taken baseball by storm over the last four seasons establishing himself as one of the best hitters in the major leagues. Over that time, he&#8217;s ranked among the best in the league in virtually any major hitting statistic.
His start is shocking similar to a familiar face in his father. Now 403 games into his career in the majors, Vladdy Jr. has posted 87 home runs — the exact same as his father — while Jr&#8217;s .353 OBP is nearly a perfect match to Sr.&#8217;s .364 OBP.
Jr.&#8217;s other statistics are a shade lower than that of his fathers, but it&#8217;s no doubt a sign that they can be replicated over time.
