Rogers Centre will once again be one of the hottest spots in the city this summer.
Excitement is already off the charts in anticipation of the Toronto Blue Jays’ 2026 season, which will get underway on Opening Day against the Athletics on Friday. That’ll also be the first chance for fans to check out the latest improvements around the ballpark, and they’ll immediately notice many of them right as they walk through the gates.
The 100-level concourse is now packed with iconic memorabilia from across the franchise’s nearly five-decade history, as dozens of media members had an opportunity to explore during Wednesday morning’s season-preview tour. And even got to taste test many of the new menu items coming this season, too.
It’s a long-overdue step towards doing a better job at showcasing the highest achievements of the Blue Jays’ existence, including their back-to-back 1992 and ’93 World Series titles, both of which have been moved to a designated area for everyone to see down the first-base foul line.
That section also features several other past trophies and awards, including the 2025 American League pennant and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s ALCS MVP award. You can still see everyone’s original fingerprints on those trophies, as requested by Blue Jays players, particularly Guerrero (whose 2023 Home Run Derby chain is also displayed here), who felt it was important to preserve that element for future generations to witness.
Those exhibits also highlight several other important milestones of Toronto’s history, showcased through memorabilia, vintage newspapers, magazines and ticket stubs — all items the organization scoured the country for to display at all 81 home games moving forward.
There are also eight displays placed along the 100-level concourse behind home plate, filled with pieces of the Blue Jays’ history, namely gloves, bats, batting helmets and a few catchers’ masks from franchise icons. One of the units includes a seat from old Exhibition Stadium, serving as a time capsule of the team’s inaugural game versus the Chicago White Sox on April 7, 1977.
Here are more of the memorabilia pillars that can be found on the 100-level concourse:

And even more nostalgia will be on display when the Blue Jays unveil their new Hall of Excellence in August, which will be located in right field on the 100-level concourse.
In addition to building these in-stadium legacy displays, everyone behind the scenes was also hard at work revamping many of the premium club sections at the ballpark, including the new Rogers Terrace, of which construction was only completed last week. It’s been a tight turnaround due to the short off-season, an unfortunate result of playing until the very last day of MLB’s post-season.
They’re still dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s as finishing touches are made ahead of its official unveiling during Friday’s season opener. But it’s already expected to be a prime destination for season-ticket holders. Whether you’re seated inside watching the game or outside on the patio, it’s now one of the best places in the building.
There’s even a piano located near the front entrance, which may or may not eventually be used by Max Scherzer for his thumb therapy.
First looks inside the new Rogers Terrace: They're still putting the finishing touches on this space. But it looks incredible. 🤩
Baseball experiences are being taken to the next level in Toronto this season, and they couldn’t be arriving at a better time, given this year’s World Series aspirations. Expectations will be incredibly high out of the gate, setting the tone for what should be an electrifying atmosphere as players hit the field for Opening Day.
