Is this new? I haven’t seen it before and it appears to me like Josh Donaldson has his current haircut in the video clip below, so… I’m going to go ahead and say that what we have here is a new video of the Bringer of Rain talking about his craft in an information-packed two-minute-and-20-second clip that apparently originated on MLB Central.

I’ll be honest: when I first clicked play I just assumed that I’d be taken to Donaldson’s outstanding eight-minute treatise on hitting from MLB Network last summer, which… while we’re here we should all totally watch again, too:
