The Jays go into Wrigley this afternoon for the final game of the series. After losing their second straight yesterday, the Blue Jays will need to take the final game to avoid a sweep at the hands of the Cubs. In order to do so, Gibby is going right fucking off the board with the line-up. Bautista lands at third with Donaldson making his first career start at short. A quicker outfield and less experienced infield could pay off with a flyball pitcher on the mound.
News and Scuttlebutt
The Jays made a trade! Pitching depth is pitching depth, especially the way no-one seems to be able to stay healthy this year.

And now, the lineups…
Blue Jays

Marco Estrada: 5.09 ERA, 139.2 IP, 9.3 H9, 1.5 HR9, 3.9 BB9, 9.2 SO9
Cubs
Here is today's #Cubs lineup for the homestand finale. Game preview: atmlb.com/2iiSItR
Kyle Hendricks: 3.45 ERA, 88.2 IP, 8.3 H9, 1.1 HR9, 3.0 BB9, 7.6 SO9
Today could end up being an excellent pitchers duel. Hendricks has been excellent again this year and could give the Jays bats some fits. For the Jays, even though Estrada is coming off of a rough start against the Rays, he has been back to his old self in four of his last five. In those four starts Estrada posted a gleaming 2.08 ERA.
