The Arizona Fall League started today and Vlad Jr. is already raking

The Large Adult Sons are BACK. The Arizona Fall league started today with the Blue Jays’ affiliate team the Surprise Saguaros taking on the Salt River Rafters. Anyways, want me to get to some Vlad Jr. content? Yes, yes you do.
Vlad Jr, who’s easily the centrepiece of this whole short-season league, went three-for-five today with a couple of doubles and three runs batted in. The team lost 10-8, but who cares?! Vlad continues to hit baseballs wherever he plays. It’s a glorious sight.
Also of note, Cavan Biggio is on the team playing in the outfield. The Jays, as we know, have a huge glut of middle infielders, so they’re trying to turn Biggio into that Marwin Gonzalez play-everywhere-possible type to increase his value to the organization. Biggio went one-for-five with an RBI today playing in right field.
