There are a bunch of names that any normal person wouldn&#8217;t recognize, but a few interesting prospects have elected to become free agents. Remember, the Jays could bring any of these players back into the system as a free agent.

<li>Harold Ramirez, who was one of the prospects Toronto acquired when they took on Francisco Liriano&#8217;s salary, enjoyed a breakout season with New Hampshire last year. He had a league leading .320 batting average and he won Eastern league Finals MVP. Though it was his second go at Double-A, Ramirez looked to have regained legit prospect status with his strong season.</li>
<li>Angel Perdomo is a 6&#8217;6 lefty who appeared to have some serious upside, though, at age 24, he hadn&#8217;t yet figured things out. He was, as recently as last year, on Toronto&#8217;s top-30 pipeline prospects list. Perdomo had a 3.63 ERA in his second go at Single-A with Dunedin but always struggled with command.</li>
<li>This time last year, Jason Leblebijian was a name people talked about as a super utility player who could crack the Jays roster. He boasted nice positional versatility and had a decent offensive year in Triple-A Buffalo in 2017. He followed it up with a disappointing 2018 season, though, slashing a paltry .220/.315/.362 line.</li>
