For the third series in a row, the Jays will have an opportunity to bring out the brooms. Today, the out of options Mike Bolsinger will make perhaps his last start as a Blue Jay against Reds depth starter Tim Adleman.

Today

TV: SNET
Radio: SN590
And now, the lineups…

Blue Jays

Mike Bolsinger: 20 1/3 IP, 5.75 ERA, 10.2 H9, 0.9 HR9, 6.6 BB9, 6.2 SO9

Reds

Tim Adleman: 40 IP, 4.95 ERA, 8.1 H9, 1.6 HR9, 3.2 BB9, 7.7 SO9
Today is going to be a full on Mike Bolsinger experience no matter what! Having used the ‘pen for five innings last night, the Jays will lean on Bolsinger to throw a lot of pitches and go deep into the game regardless how he performs. The Jays are trotting a B lineup out there with a chance to sweep the Reds, but with four games against the Yankees coming up, it makes sense.
