Source tells me the Blue Jays appear close to moving J.A. Happ.
Rumour Update: Jays close to deals on Happ and Oh

Today’s game between the Jays and Twins certainly isn’t very captivating, but fear not because there was suddenly a big dump of news to help push us through it.
First, there was this on J.A. Happ…
Then, after #HugWatch slowed down and excitement waned, we got this…
Sources indicate #Jays close to a deal with Seunghwan Oh. Could happen tonight.
Happ is Toronto’s most valuable rental trade asset right now and Oh is probably their most valuable reliever. Oh has been absolutely dominant against righties this season and is signed to a ridiculously cheap deal with a team option for another cheap year in 2019.
To compound interest, Kyle Schwarber was removed from today’s Cubs game and Domingo Santana was removed from his Triple-A game. Could the Jays be packaging Happ and Oh together? Could they be starting a bidding war between the Brewers and Cubs who are fighting for the National League Central? Stay tuned!
