If the post-season started now, Toronto would win the AL East and claim the league&#8217;s top seed, securing a first-round bye straight to the division series. And other publications conduct their own post-season odds, too &#8212; like FanGraphs, for example, who have the Blue Jays (8.8 per cent) behind six other clubs to claim this year&#8217;s World Series trophy.
If nothing else, though, it illustrates Toronto&#8217;s remarkable campaign and how there&#8217;s plenty of potential for an extended post-season run this fall.
