<p>I can&#8217;t stand that I&#8217;m always rushing through Game Threats in order to get them posted sometime before the damn first inning ends for a lot of reasons. One of my biggest frustrations about it comes about just once a year, every April 15th. Today is Jackie Robinson day, and it&#8217;s an occasion that deserves some poignant words, not me blasting through a half-assed preamble and making it all about me. Yet here we are!</p>
<p>Fortunately, everybody knows the basics of Jackie&#8217;s story and why celebrating him is so important.</p>
<p>Doubly fortunately, I think I can do better than adding a few verbal flourishes by sharing this one piece of information: the two-part Ken Burns documentary on Robinson that came out this week, which I have yet to watch but is supposed to be excellent, is available to view in full at <a href="http://www.pbs.org/show/jackie-robinson/">PBS.org</a>. And it doesn&#8217;t even seem to be geo-fenced!</p>
