<p>Despite not striking out a ton of batters, Williams has done a good job of keeping the ball in the park this year. He&#8217;ll face off against Chris Rowley, who is making his major league debut just two years removed from a stint in the US Army. Rowley has been having a phenomenal year in double and triple A and will look to continue that success in the show.</p>
