All around baseball, front office and coaching staff are leaving their now former teams and the Blue Jays aren&#8217;t an exception.
Reported on Friday morning, the team&#8217;s head athletic trainer Nikki Huffman has left Toronto to pursue her own business.

What appeared to be a normal turn of events &#8212; staff leave teams all the time &#8212; turned into a little bit of curiosity when a certain Toronto pitcher tweeted out something about Huffman.
Marcus Stroman tweeted that he was &#8220;super excited&#8221; to have her &#8220;back in his circle&#8221; shortly after it was announced the trainer would be leaving the club for a private opportunity.

Whether that means Stroman hired her directly already or that she is simply &#8220;back in Stroman&#8217;s circle&#8221; because she is not with his former team anymore, is still a mystery. But there is clearly some animosity throughout that tweet from the New York Met.
Huffman has been with the Blue Jays for the past four years, being a part of the team through the most exciting times for the club in recent memory. Yet another &#8212; albeit less impact obviously &#8212; member of those fond memories have left the club for other opportunities.
