The Marines finished with a 59-81 record, putting them fifth out of six teams in their division and nowhere near playoff contention. The article, which isn&#8217;t easy to make out when translating on google, suggests that the organization is disappointed with the finish and they want to improve on stagnated batting.

For the season, Bautista slashed a .203/.348/.378 line while hitting 13 bombs. He also played first, second, third, left, and right field.
Bautista would be a great fit in Japan. Not only would he be a star player because of his pedigree, but fans there would absolutely love his gritty, aggressive play style. I would also be all-in on following whichever Japanese team he played for. It&#8217;s a hell of a lot easier than trying to give a shit about the Mets.
