Nate Pearson finished the first inning with a K on this beauty:
Nate Pearson tosses a scoreless AFL debut

After having virtually his entire 2018 season derailed due to injury, Nate Pearson finally made a much-anticipated start in the Arizona Fall League.
Pearson tossed three-and-one-third innings scattering two hits and three walks while striking out four batters. The best part about it was Pearson hit 100 miles-per-hour on the gun multiple times during his outing.
Also, here’s some Vlad Jr. content to finish this post off. Vlad went 3-for-5 on the day with a couple of RBIs, meaning he’s now got NINE hits through three AFL games. But let me tell you, he tried to leg a single into a double and got thrown out at second! He needs more seasoning! It’s true!!! I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES!!!!!
Nate Pearson @BlueJays is pitching. Look at this hook on @Yankees Estevan Florial after painting 97 (Vlad jr in background. What a trio). #ProspectOne
