The Jays will play the Brewers in Montreal in 2019

2019 will mark the 50-year anniversary of the Montreal Expos. The Blue Jays will celebrate their fallen Canadian cousins with a two-game exhibition series against the Milwaukee Brewers at the end of spring training.
This will mark the sixth-straight year the Jays have played an exhibition game in Montreal. It’s become a pre-season staple for the 25-man roster and a few large adult sons to go and play in front of fans at Olympic Stadium.
The centrepiece, of course, will be Vlad Jr., the son of Expos legend Vlad Sr. Last year, Vlad Jr. had arguably the best moment of the 2018 season when he hit a walk-off bomb while wearing his dad’s famous No. 27.
Hopefully Vlad can do something cool again before they send him down to Buffalo for a few weeks of learning how to run the bases.
