BJN Radio – Ep. 215: Blue Jays drop two of three to the Rays, Ross Atkins speaks, and more

It’s now been a month since the Blue Jays won a series, as the Tampa Bay Rays rolled into town over the weekend and took two of three.
Friday’s game saw swingman Tyler Alexander carry a perfect game through seven innings and Saturday’s game saw the Blue Jays blow a 4-0 lead in a 5-4 loss. The series was salvaged on Sunday thanks to an excellent start from Alek Manoah and a big day at the plate from Daniel Vogelbach.
We talked about everything from the series with Tampa and also looked into what Ross Atkins said during his media availability on Saturday morning. After that, we looked ahead to this week’s series with the Chicago White Sox and the important stretch that lies ahead.
