The Toronto Blue Jays are hitting the road to visit the Baltimore Orioles for the first time this season.

They kick off a three-game set tonight as Chris Bassitt takes the mound opposite of Dean Kremer.

For the Jays, they’re looking for retribution after being swept by the O’s in an embarrassing three-game home set at the end of May. Baltimore racked up 20 runs to the Jays’ 10 and it never felt like the Jays were even in that series.

Credit where it’s due as the Orioles are having a strong season sitting second in the AL East, but their offence has helped them chug along posting a 106 WRC+ this season. Baltimore’s starters have been at or below average this season, but their bullpen has been among the best in the league.

The Jays will look to get to Kremer tonight who is allowing a lot of action on the basepaths this year.
