JoJo Parker is adjusting perfectly well to his new level. After rapping out three hits, the @BlueJays' No. 1 prospect (MLB No. 26) has slashed .346/.452/.500 in his first seven games for the High-A @vancanadians:

Toronto Blue Jays top prospect JoJo Parker is thriving in his new digs with the Vancouver Canadians.
Promoted to the Northwest League on August 10th, Parker had proven to the Jays staff that he was ready to finish the season on the West Coast. Through 87 games, Parker posted a .258/.388/.471 slash line with 24 doubles, three triples, and 13 home runs. He also amassed a .859 OPS and a 126 wRC+ through his time in Dunedin and anchored the shortstop position, posting a .955 fielding percentage.
Parker is fitting in early with the Canadians. Through seven games and 26 at-bats, the left-handed hitting infielder has collected nine hits (.346) and has posted a .952 OPS during the small sample. The Mississippi product has also chipped in with two doubles, one triple, and three RBIs while walking four times compared to seven strikeouts. On the base paths, the 20-year-old has swiped three bags.
Since moving to Vancouver, Parker has been riding a seven-game hitting streak, and his play last night against the Eugene Emeralds was his best performance yet.
Facing the Giants #5 prospect in Ramon Marquez, Parker struck out in his first at-bat but locked in after the punchout. In the top of the fourth inning, he lined a groundball to the right side for a double, and eventually scored to give the Canadians their first run on the day. He then added his second double of the day in the top of the sixth, sending a ball to centre field that scored Jaxson West from second base. The shot almost scored the Jays another run, except Ty Southisene was thrown out at home trying to score from first base. The Jays’ shortstop would finish the evening with a single to right field, collecting three hits on the day with one run scored and one RBI.
The fielding side is still a work in progress for the prospect, who has two errors to his name through 62 innings on the left side of the second base bag, but that’s to be expected from Parker in his rookie campaign.
The expectation is that Parker will likely finish the season in Vancouver and likely will head back there to begin the 2027 season (if there is one). Toronto put some pressure on Parker to be the next ‘top guy’ when they moved Arjun Nimmala at the trade deadline, and so far, Parker is meeting all expectations.
