<li>In his return from injury, Jaime Garcia was great today, going 7 innings and only allowing 1 run on 5 hits with no walks.</li>
<li>While Garcia had a great outing, Aaron Nola was simply better for the Phillies, bringing a no-hitter into the 7th inning before Russ Martin tied the game at 1.</li>

<li>Speaking of Russ, he started at shortstop for the first time in his career and committed no errors. Gotta love a multi-positional natural catcher!</li>
<li>Fan favourite Joe Biagini made his relief debut in today&#8217;s contest, taking over for Garcia in the 8th. He would allow the winning run and would only manage to retire 2 batters before being pulled by Gibby. Hopefully he&#8217;ll be able to settle back into his bullpen role and go back to his old ways, especially with the starting pitching starting to heat up (kind of).</li>
